How long does the shipping take?

Kelvinsoho currently ships to all U.S. territories and the shipping takes 2 - 10 business days.
On the individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time for each product.
Shipping time is 2-5 business days for products coming from our domestic warehouses
Shipping time is 5-10 business days for products coming from our overseas warehouses.
We do not officially support shipping to any other country than the US just yet and plan to do it soon.

Return/Exchange Policy & Procedure

Kelvinsoho will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging ifĀ initiated within 7 daysĀ of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Kelvinsoho part.Ā 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.


Please follow these steps for returns/exchanges:

  1. Please submit your return & exchange request viaĀ Return/Exchange Request Form
  2. We provide you the return address to send it back as soon as possible
  3. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the Kelvinsoho team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
  4. Please allow KelvinsohoĀ 3-5 business daysĀ from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  5. If there was a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
